The Tech Talent Co came to Measured with a unique ask: create a brand that combines their progressive positioning at the forefront of AI hiring with their rooting in classical inspirations and values. We worked on a design system based around a library of classical figures (from Marcus Aurelius to Athena), a website and animated assets that straddled minimalist modern design and subtle classical references, and also delivered a content strategy to help the founders promote the brand once live.
